Wellness Premium Products is a professional haircare beauty brand known for its award-winning plant-based collections. They approached our agency to develop and deploy a digital presence from inception. Our goal was to establish a visually captivating e-commerce website and creatives, implement robust customer retention strategies via email and SMS, as well as manage their paid advertising across Meta platforms, Google, and YouTube including cross-channel re-marketing.

Outdated Digital Presence: The clients existing website lacked modern aesthetics and user-friendly navigation, resulting in a poor online customer experience.

Share Brand Culture: The client lacked a company culture for the purpose of connecting with target audiences.

Low Customer Retention: The client needed to establish effective systems for netting new customers as well as retaining and re-engaging with existing.

Digital Advertising: The client wanted to develop an advertising strategy on Meta platforms, Google, and YouTube to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.

Our Approach:

Website Design

Commerce Website Redesign: We initiated the project by completely overhauling Wellness Premium Products original website. We also added a pixel for proper tracking and increased the website loading speed in preparation for paid advertising.

Modern Aesthetics: We introduced a visually captivating website design with an intuitive layout to enhance user experience complete with upsell and downsell opportunities post-purchase. We also created professional graphics and visuals, mock-ups, product shots, and UGC videos with models per collection.

Responsive Design: We introduced a feature that ensured the website was fully responsive across various devices for a seamless add-to-cart shopping experience.

Streamlined Navigation: An improved website navigation made it easier for customers to explore, learn about, and purchase products.

Blog Creation: We created educational blogs and blog funnels showcasing their hair care bundles (infused with organic cold-pressed hemp seed oil) to increase AOV. Due to current laws, we were unable to use the terminology “hemp seed oil” in our ad copy, however we were able to drive traffic to strategic blogs with a checkout system in place.

Graphic Design & Marketing: The clients existing website lacked visuals across the board. We created visuals for: the website, emails, SMS, bogs, promotions & holidays, new product releases, retargeting, GIFs, unboxing videos and more.

Professional Photography: We panned a content photo shoot with models that represented each hair type and cultural background for transparent brand inclusivity purposes.

Email & SMS Marketing Revenue Increased 90% With Klaviyo

We created highly segmented hair-type-specific educational flows and AOV-boosting messaging through Klaviyo while expanding post-purchase messaging. This allowed our client to create gains in every aspect of our email marketing efforts.
